14-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

Return any eligible footwear within 14 calendar days of delivery for any reason.

Condition requirements

  • Unworn, unaltered and in resellable condition.

  • All original packaging (shoe box, dust bag, inserts) intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order # or receipt) included.

Email [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) before shipping the parcel back.


Buyer-Paid Return Shipping

Customers pay return postage. Use a tracked & insured service; lost uninsured parcels cannot be refunded.

Return & Refund Workflow

  1. Request RMA: email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Pack shoes securely in original box; write the RMA on the outside.

  3. Ship via tracked, insured courier; email us the tracking number.

  4. Inspection: 1 – 2 business days after arrival.

  5. Refund issued per Section 4; confirmation email sent.
